It is important to note that you do need to have a 'qualifying connection' to be able to be married in a particular church (eg, living
in or having lived in the parish, parents having lived in the parish, etc - for the full list of connections, please see here:

If you have been divorced, it will be necessary to talk through the possibility of being married in church. The Church of England's
