Verse of the Week
Abide in me as I abide in you. Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in me. I am the vine, you are the branches. Those who abide in me and I in them bear much fruit, because apart from me you can do nothing.

We are working on developing new things and a new rhythm as the guidelines change. Hopefully this little summary will help:
Sunday Livestreams will continue as the main 'service' for some time to come. It seems many people are engaging with these and so we want to retain this focus for the life of our community.
This Sunday, join again on Facebook or Youtube at 10.30am. The wonderful Louise Barclay will be sharing with us about unity. And a new option - those who've been on the Zoom calls (leading prayers, etc) have fed back that this gives more of a sense of being 'involved' in the service. So, if you would like to be on the call (you would not appear or be heard on what is broadcast, but you would be able to see some other people) please join the Zoom meeting between 10.20 and 10.25am (ID 631 970 6882). Give it a go!

Liverpool have won the league for the first time since I was an opinionated, eccentric ten year old who took every opportunity to show off in front of crowds of people. How much has really changed..? Anyway, some news:
Sunday: We'll be worshipping together again online on Sunday at 10.30am. I'm going to keep the songs as an exciting surprise because we think we will be able to put the words on your screens this week! (All except the action song which is I Give Thanks). You can join us on Facebook and YouTube. There will also be prayer ministry offered after the service on the church Zoom (ID 631 970 6882). Just to say, also, if you would like to speak to me in response to anything I say in my sermons (perhaps particularly emotive issues such as anger or forgiveness, which I'll be speaking about this week), do feel free to get in touch any time.

As things chug on, it's been great to receive feedback from quite a few people about what you've found useful. If you haven't done that yet, we'd really value it. Families in particular, I know Charlotte would love to hear from you! You can find the short form here.
Sunday Service will, as ever, be on YouTube and Facebook at 10.30am, with the opportunity to receive prayer afterwards (Zoom ID 631 970 6882).
This week's songs will be (click for words): You're Everywhere; This is Amazing Grace; I Stand Amazed; This is Our God; O Church Arise
We are going to be able to open the church building for private prayer only starting on Monday. This coming week we will open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 3-4pm. We'll see how it goes!
